All parcels are sent by USPS First Class Mail or First-Class Mail International Service for Standard Shipping.

Other countries we ship today:

Orders are sent by a DPD Standard or a local carrier of our choice.

B- Shipping Fees

The standard shipping fees vary depending on the destination countries. 

Expedited shipping fees are available upon checking out and they also depend on the delivery destination.

As shipping costs fluctuate a lot, we have to adjust then on a regular basis. Therefore, our shipping fees may change. You will find the cost of shipment during your checkout.

C- VAT & Sales Tax

For US ONLY : duoveo will collect sales tax and take care of the government taxes.

When will my order be dispatched?

The shipping of your order depends on the countries, the delivery options selected and the carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times in the event of events beyond our control (fortuitous events, natural disasters, civil unrest, wars or significant changes in economic or business conditions). Usually, once you place your order, it takes 2-10 business days for it to leave our warehouse. Here’s the process:

• Once you complete checkout, the order is processed usually in 5 business days maximum (Monday-Friday).
• After your order is processed, it leaves our warehouse.
• Once it's dispatched, you receive the tracking information via email.
• As soon as the package is delivered, you receive an email.
